We have been selling recumbents for almost 20 years. I (Ed) am the head recumbent nerd at Cyclelogic. Although we we sell many brands of recumbents , my favorite are Sun. The Sun line of recumbents are simply the best deal by far. We sell long & short wheelbase , trikes, and tandems. The advantage of recumbents are comfort. With a seat like a lawn chair and upright riding position, recumbents are easy on the butt, back and upper body. Also, I love the view on a recumbent. You are looking ahead instead of down like a normal bike. Recumbents let people with specific medical conditions enjoy riding again, or continue to ride. After, my prostate cancer surgery I was riding again in two weeks!
